Any commissioned artwork is intended for personal-use only

You are allowed to print any commissioned artwork for personal-use

I retain the copyright to any of the commissioned artwork that I produce

You can ask for a full refund if:
a. I have not started with your commission yet
b. The date listed on my Trello has reached 2 months or more
c. Your commission is only in the uncolored sketch phase, however you will only receive a half refund

You are not permitted to chargeback any payments at any stage of the commission. Please just approach me about a refund

Prices may vary from listed prices on the website due to:
a. Design Complexity
b. Multiple Characters in the same piece

Any changes that are requested after the sketch has been approved by you will not be considered, unless they are very minor

Any commissioned artwork is strictly not allowed to be reposted and/or re-uploaded by you or third-parties to any spaces on the internet, even if credit is given

You're expected to provide credit to me of commissioned artwork at all times

I may use any commissioned artwork as promotional material or post commissioned artwork on my social medias

Any minors making use and/or purchasing my services are assumed to be have granted permission by their legal supervision

Any commissions that include a custom-made design follow my Design Terms of Service on top of my Commission Terms of Service

I may use free to use and/or paid 3D models and/or images as references for commissioned artwork

You may not claim, trace, redraw, reference, edit and/or feed any of my art into any AI, AI generators and/or use my art for NFTs.

I have the right to refuse a trade for any reason with and/or without explanation.

You are free to turn any designs from feral to anthro and from anthro to feral or any other form without having to contact me.

You are free to void/de-specie any Closed Species character without the need to contact me prior to doing so.

You are free to redesign/edit the design once it's within your possession. All I ask is that you don't edit my origional art attached to the design and that my name is kept as the designer.

Please keep all my designs on Toyhouse.

Please credit me when reposting the design to any site that isn't Toyhouse.

Do not remove or edit any watermarks on my designs/art.

Any art payments must be finished within 1 month, but you're free to ask for extensions.

Any payments with irl currency must be done within 48 hours, unless a hold is discussed.

Please make sure you can pay and/or don't overwork yourself when offering. Backing out is fine, but please let me know you're doing so and consistent backing out might lead to me no longer accepting offers from you.

You are not required to give me back any designs once you're no longer wanting them and you are free to resell/trade them.

You are also not required to accept any attempts made by me to buy back any designs. You can very much decline.

Please don't overcharge for any of my designs if you decide to sell them.

I have the right to display or post any designs that I have created within my commission examples, social media or in other ways.

Any character that has been designed by me will be granted a 25% discount if you commission me to draw art of that design.

Before using any designs commercially please contact me first to discuss it. It's often times all good just again message me before doing so.
